PT. Kasih Karunia Sejati (EMBA Group) is the largest private garment retail and manufacturing company in East Java. Our company was founded in 1968 to develop business in the field of men’s and women’s fashion. We are currently looking for a competent Product Manager to join us.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Communicating with customers through various channels.
4. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
5. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
7. Manage large amounts of incoming calls
8. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
9. Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
10. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
11. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
12. Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
Syarat Pengalaman :
1. Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem solving.
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
3. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Chinese is a plus.
1. Min High School / D3 or equivalent
2. Having experience as Customer Service min 1 – 3 years, especially in SaaS product
3. Excellent communication, presentation skills and problem solving
4. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
5. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
6. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
7. Comfortable using computers.
8. Fluent in English (Speaking & Writing), Chinese is a plus
